A day after Mayor Joe Hogsett announced a $3.3 million proposal for crime reduction, the Indianapolis police union voted to declare the city as one in crisis.
Local Fraternal order of Police President Rick Snyder said members also agree there is a crisis of confidence in city leaders to effectively address the soaring violence.
