Mike Quartararo, CEDS ACEDS
Mike Quartararo is the President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), which provides training and certification in e-discovery to the legal community. He is the author of the 2016 book Project Management in Electronic Discovery and has been successfully consulting in information governance, e-discovery, project management and legal technology for two decades, including 10-year stints at both Skadden Arps and Stroock. He is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist. He frequently writes and speaks on e-discovery, legal operations, project management and technology topics.
She promotes mentoring and professional development among women and minorities in her field as a diversity and inclusion committee member for RVA Tech and as a member of Women in Technology. She plans to take part in the diversity and inclusion team at Old Point and recently joined 757 CIO to build relationships and make an impact in Hampton Roads. The longtime volunteer for Junior Achievement of Central Virginia likes efforts to promote regional collaboration between Richmond and Hampton Roads.

Railway Age’s 2021 ‘20 Under 40’ Written by Railway Age Staff
RAILWAY AGE, FEBRUARY 2021 ISSUE: Railway Age is honoring 20 “Fast Trackers” from a pool of more than 100 strong nominations for this year’s 20 Under 40 awards program.
Established in 2016, the annual awards are presented to top North American railroaders under the age of 40 for making an impact in their respective fields or within their companies in the United States, Canada and Mexico. They represent freight and passenger railroads as well as the supply and consultant/contractor and government communities.
For the 2021 awards program,
Railway Age increased the number of honorees from 10 to 20, due to a growing number of entries and top candidates.
Curt Holmer
Mr. Holmer has over 30 years of experience in System and Software engineer, with 5 years at the Aerospace Corporation. He is currently supporting national space systems projects as a Chief Engineer providing guidance on software architecture and agile acquisition for ground systems ensuring program success.
Prior to joining The Aerospace Corporation, Mr. Holmer worked for several industry leaders Including IBM, General Dynamics, and Titan Corporation providing architecture and software solutions to Federal Agencies including the Department of Defense, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Department of Homeland Security, National Gang Intelligence Center, and Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Holmer holds a MS in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and an MS in Space Studies from the University of North Dakota. He is certified in several programing languages, holds Project Management Institute certifications for both Project Management P
