The duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a proposal to the Court of BiH to order the following suspects into custody: Adil Bashir, born in 1996 in Pakistan, a citizen of Pakistan
and Adnan Ali, born in 1996 in Pakistan, a citizen of Pakistan
These suspects were deprived of their freedom by BiH Border Police officers during the smuggling of a group of thirteen illegal migrants who did not meet the conditions for legal entry and stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The smuggling of migrants was discovered and prevented in the general area of Zvornik when a vessel with the smuggled migrants was discovered in the early morning hours on the Drina river.

The suspect Elez Darko (1980) was extradited from the Republic of Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina three days ago.
The activities in Bosnia and Herzegovina were carried out by the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior, the Judicial Police of BiH, the State Investigation and Protection Agency-SIPA, the Border Police of BiH and the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior.
After his extradition, Elez was transported under
high security measures to the complex of judicial institutions of BiH, where he was handed over to the case’s prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime
and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.

Serbia should extradite Darko Elez to BiH today, confirmed the Chief Prosecutor of BiH Gordana Tadic at the session of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH.
Following a decision of the High Court in Belgrade, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH will take all necessary activities to take over and prosecute this suspect for criminal
offences of
organised crime.
This decision is, among other things, the result of the efforts and cooperation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior, in coordination with partner judicial institutions and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia.

This decision is, among other things, the result of the efforts and cooperation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior, in coordination with partner judicial institutions and the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia.
In the coming days, coordination and communication activities will be carried out with partner police and security agencies, in order to transport the said suspect and accused in the cases of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH as soon as possible.
