Fine for man who damaged motorbike and made threats A PARK North man smashed a door and tried to push over a motorcycle belonging to his neighbour’s grandson in the false belief they’d stolen cash from him. Mark Wilson, 53, said he was suffering from paranoia when he threatened the younger man and damaged the bike on November 13, 2020. Prosecutor Keith Ballinger said the bike’s owner had been visiting his grandmother in the block of flats she shared with Wilson when he heard the man attacking his own door then shouting threats at him. He came over to his motorcycle and push it over, punching the bike while succeeding in bending the stand.

Swindon magistrates this morning heard Spencer Bunce, 18, threw a glass down the stairs on Monday after an argument with his father. Prosecutor Keith Ballinger said the teenager barricaded himself in his bedroom as police arrived at the family home in Roman Crescent, Old Town, at around 10am. The officers called for back-up, with armed police and a negotiator also sent to the stand off in the quiet cul-de-sac on Monday morning.
