Business Brokers Queensland s Ron Frank in October 2019 revealed he was in the process of confirming a potential Victorian lessee to take over the brothel, but to no avail. But things could be about to pick up with the Prostitution Licencing Authority confirming an application had been submitted and was to be considered as early as this year.
