Chung Ching Middle School (CCMS) Seria is set to have its own staff hostel. The signing of the agreement to award the project to LSL Construction Sdn Bhd was held recently.
The original wooden staff hostel was built in the 1960s.
Over the past decades, it served its purpose well and is showing signs of dilapidation, CCMS said.
The Board of Directors (BoD launched a tender last year following detailed planning and considerations.
CCMS Board of Directors Chairman Chin Kim Min signed the agreement with a representative of LSL Construction witnessed by members of the CCMS Board of Directors and Principal Sim Jeng Siang.
