Dubai: Prince Bandar Bin Sultan, former chief of the Saudi Intelligence and former ambassador to the US, emphasised that the murder of Saudi citizen Jamal Khashoggi is a closed chapter, unless new evidence appears before the Saudi judiciary, Okaz newspaper reported.
