Greg McCubbin had been caught previously with another offensive weapon, a knuckleduster. McCubbin, 28, of Houldsworth Street, Blairhall, appeared from custody at Dunfermline Sheriff Court for a series of offences. He admitted that on April 29, at his home and elsewhere, he had with him an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster. He also admitted on January 2, at Tyrwhitt Place, Rosyth, and Baird Crescent, Leven, he drove a car without a valid licence and without insurance. Then, on January 22, at Primrose Lane Industrial Estate, Rosyth, he was in possession of ecstasy, a class A drug, with intent to supply. He also admitted he was unlawfully in possession of an offensive weapon, a hammer, on that occasion.
