Sydneyâs latest skyscraper, the $2 billion Brookfield Place, is set to open a rooftop bar at its adjoining Shell House to cater for the influx of new tenants and the continuing rise of workers heading back to the CBD.
The Point Group has been appointed to run the Shell House rooftop at Brookfield Place Sydney. It is set to open a three-level hospitality experience spanning 1250 sq m of indoor and outdoor space later this year.

Lululemon readies to launch largest flagship store in Sydney

Lululemon is set to open its largest and first multi-level store in Australia at Brookfield Place Sydney in July.
The newly-announced site will occupy 585 sqm of retail space over two floors, and is the first of the flagship stores to be announced for the $2 billion mixed-use Brookfield Place precinct.
Lululemon ANZ MD Paul Tinkler said that the business is thrilled to open a store in Brookfield Place. As the largest store in our Australia and NZ retail portfolio, Brookfield Place presents a new and exciting home for us to connect with our Sydney CBD community.

Investment house Moelis Australia has joined the list of new tenants to take up space at the recently-completed $2 billion Brookfield Place Sydney, between George and Carrington streets, Sydney.
The blue-chip financial firm will take over 4000 square metres for a seven-year lease from February 2022, after leaving Governor Phillip Tower. It will join anchor tenants NAB, Allianz, Brookfield and Hub as builder Multiplex adds the finishing touches to Brookfield Properties’ project.
Brookfield Place Sydney has secured financial services group, Moelis Australia with a 4000 sq m lease.
