STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. When cops raided a West Brighton man’s home two years ago, they found guns, ammunition, cocaine and drug paraphernalia in a safe inside a closet, said prosecutors.
According to a criminal complaint, it prompted the defendant, Pedro Rodriguez, to ask the question: “How would you know that’s in my closet?”
The answer is moot, now, as Rodriguez has pleaded to a felony gun charge which will send him upstate for 42 months.
