During the ensuing chase, Murrell drove through at least three red lights, hopped up onto the curb on Pennsylvania Ave., drove the wrong way down numerous streets and slammed into five cars during a hair-raising chase through the streets of Brownsville, prosecutors said.
“I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. I’m overwhelmed,” Greene told investigators at the precinct. “I’ve been drinking. It’s not an excuse, I know what I did.”
