Once implemented, RTO office of their choice to avail a driving licence. This apart, all RTO offices in the City may soon become paperless. Citizens will be required to submit both physical and online applications for RTO services, stated a recent advisory from the reforms commission. “Applicants should be given the option of going to any RTO office, as against the recent rule to register documents in sub-registrar offices. The e-office system should be used by all RTO and transport departments for better efficiency. An appropriate amendment might be proposed by the Transport Commissioner to the Karnatak
