Prescott Valley Police are looking for an 18-year-old Chino Valley teenager, who is a suspect in several auto theft incidents in the area. David Joseph (DJ) Knight is believed to be driving a white Dodge Ram 2500 with Arizona license plate CM10281. The truck has a silver toolbox, orange light bar and black side steps with a 100-gallon diesel fuel tank in the bed of the truck. The truck also has “AZ Highway Safety Specialists” on the door and a help wanted sign in the rear window. If you see Knight, call 911 immediately.

Prescott Valley Police say a “shots fired” call to police, turns out to be fireworks. Officials say the call came in early Sunday morning. The caller said the noise came from near Antelope Park at the intersection of Cattletrack and Powers at around 3:15 a.m. When they arrived, they found a box of discharged fireworks that had been left in the middle of the road and lit. Prescott Valley Police have arrested a man wanted in the theft of lottery tickets from a local Circle K. Police were looking for 40-year-old Brandon Evans back on March 14th after he entered the store in the 61-hundred block of East State Route 69 at around 9:45 p.m. He walked behind the counter and took $150 in Arizona Lottery scratcher tickets and left the store. Evans was found Tuesday and taken into custody. He was booked into the Yavapai County Jail on burglary charges.
