Union Health: Registration for COVID-19 vaccines for 12 to 15-year-olds opens Thursday

By Web Desk May 12, 2021 | 11:29 AM TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) The Pfizer vaccine has now been authorized to be given to patients 12 to 15 years of age. A parent or guardian must be with the minor at the time of vaccination. The two Pfizer vaccine doses will be scheduled three weeks apart, the same as it is for adults. Registration on ourshot.in.gov will be available beginning at 8 a.m. Thursday, according to Union Health Union Health’s new COVID-19 Clinic is located on the first floor in the Professional Office Building (Building # 5) – Suite #107. Pfizer vaccines will be administered from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment only. Register for your appointment at ourshot.in.gov.

(Submitted photo) ALLIANCE – The newest location of Aultman Home Medical Supply will open Monday inside the Professional Office Building on the campus of Aultman Alliance Community Hospital at 270 E. State St., Suite 130. The Alliance store is the fifth location in the region for Aultman Home Medical Supply and the first situated in eastern Stark County. It will offer respiratory products such as aerosol nebulizers, CPAP and BIPAP machines and portable oxygen systems. Additional products will include walkers, wheelchairs, breast pumps, hospital beds and more. Store hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
