APC celebrates Governor Bagudu, ex-Speaker Dogara

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has urged Nigerians to emulate the progressive traits of Gov. Atiku Bagudu, Chairman, Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), who turned 59.
Similarly, the party felicitated with former Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, on his 53rd birthday.
In a statement by Mr John Akpanudoedehe, Secretary of the Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) in Abuja, the APC noted that Bagudu had contributed to its growth and that of the PGF.
Akpanudoedehe said the Kebbi state governor had displayed uncommon vision and participatory leadership, which positively impacted the human capital development of the state while strengthening the party and the PGF in line with its progressive ideals.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) Governors Forum (PGF) has said it would prioritise job creation and good governance in 2021 as a measure to tackle the insecurity ravaging the country.
In a new year message issued yesterday by Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, the Governor of Kebbi State, who is also the Chairman of APC Governors Forum, for and on behalf of Progressive Governors, the ruling party Governors however warned against politicising insecurity.
According to the statement, the APC States would, in 2021, become a model of good governance for other states to copy from, adding that rapid human development and progress anchored on the principles of social democracy as enshrined in the party’s manifesto, would become the norm in 2021.

Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has charged Governors elected under the All Progressives Congress (APC) not to shy away from accepting the fact that the APC-led Federal Government has failed Nigerians.
Wike said this during the construction flag off of the Woji Road, and Obagi Road at GRA Phase 2, Obio Akpor Local Government Area (LGA) of the State performed by Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde.
