BRONSON, MI (WTVB) – The Bronson City Council approved a request from Mayor Larry McConn Monday night to name Vice Mayor Matt Watkins as one of the city’s two representatives to serve on the Bronson Area Fire Association Board.
Watkins will take over the position on the Board that was previously held by former Vice Mayor Bill Earl.
City Manager Brandon Mersman is the Cityâs second representative to this board.
Each community in the Fire Association gets two appointees, one vote per community and board members serve six year terms.
