Atlanta-based development company Mill Creek Residential has broken ground on and released renderings for Modera Gulch, which is expected to be completed in early 2023.
The on-site start of work comes after Mill Creek in late December paid $19 million for the roughly 1.4-acre property at
810 Division St. adjacent to the Party Fowl structure. According to a release, Modera Gulch will offer 378 residential units, 18,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial/retail space and 592 parking spaces. The local office of Raleigh-based engineering firm Kimley-Horn and Atlanta-based land-planning and architecture company Cooper Carry are participating.
Modera Gulch will consist of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of about 900 square feet. Amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, rooftop dog park and observation deck, barbecue area, pet washing area, clubhouse, game room, conference room, coffee bar and fitness center with a yog
