Henley announces candidacy for Lawrence County register of wills

NEW CASTLE – Andrew Henley has officially announced his candidacy for Lawrence County register of wills and recorder of deeds for the 2021 election cycle.
Henley, a Lawrence County local, is seeking to replace Janet Kalajainen, who announced that she will not be running for re-election earlier this month.
A 2017 graduate of Westminster College with a bachelor of arts in history and a minor in computer information science, Henley also earned a master s in library and information science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2020. As the founder and president of Pleasant Hill Historians LLC, a research consulting firm specializing in property and family histories, Henley is experienced in the functional and organizational workings of the register and recorder’s office.
