The buyer was 2010 Silas Deane LLC, which is controlled by Matthew and Adam Westhaver who are vice presidents of Bloomfield-based Red Technologies LLC, a privately held remediation, engineering and development contractor, state records show.
The seller was Rocky Hill Association LLC, which is controlled by Maria and Anthony Evangelista, state records show.
The property, which also includes a parking lot, sits on 0.69 acres and was built in 1962.
