First came NOLA Ice. Then came Broad Street Peaux Boys. Now, food truck owner Kelli Caulfield is ready to open a brick and mortar venture.
NOLA Ice-Broad St, a joint concept of Caulfield’s sno-ball and po’ boy food trucks, is set to debut at the Piztiz Food Hall early this spring.
The concept will open in the stall next to Unos Tacos, a spot previously occupied by Spoon & Ladle. Last year, Spoon & Ladle retired its food stall to focus on its wholesale business.
