(File Photo) MUMBAI: The Bombay high court bench at Aurangabad on Tuesday took serious cognizance of defective ventilators supplied to Marathwada region through PM Cares funds and sought to know from the Centre what action be taken against the supplier, while also asking politicians to not jump in to ‘examine’ and disturb doctors. “We would appreciate it if political colour is not attached to this issue of dysfunctional ventilators,’’ said a bench of justice Ravindra Ghuge and justice BU Debadwar when it was informed that several elected representatives visited hospitals to “inspect’’ the ventilators and were giving “contrary statements’’.
