Uddhav led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government had earlier announced 14-day mandatory institutional quarantine for passengers coming from Europe and the Middle East. At a high-level meeting, the chief minister decided to implement night curfew across cities in the state. As per government instructions, seven hours night curfew from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am would be put in place across all cities in the state.
