Even with the pandemic continuing to rage throughout the world, the Gananoque Rotary Club is continuing to reach out to its local community. Knowing that children still need to be fed even when they cannot attend school on a regular basis, in the past month they have donated $500 each (a total of $2,500) to local schools for their breakfast programs. Instead of providing nourishing breakfasts, the money will be used to purchase nutritious pre-wrapped snacks that will help energize young minds.
