The company acquires ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals (OMPL) from ONGC
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd., on Monday declared ₹71 crore net loss and a gross refining margin of $3.26/bbl (barrel) for the third quarter of 2020-21. The company also suffered a net loss of ₹555 crore and reported GRM of $2.25/bbl during nine months of the financial year ending December 31, 2020.
A release from the company here said the Board of Directors in their 235th meeting on Monday approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of Q3 and Nine Months ending December 2020.
Amit Shah to finalize portfolios to newly inducted ministers in Karnataka?

Bengaluru, Jan 15: Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Friday clarified that allocation of portfolios to the seven newly inducted Ministers will be announced only after Union Home Minister Amit Shah s visit to the State on Jan 16 and 17.
Speaking to reporters here, he said that since the union Minister for Home is visiting the State to attend various programmes for two days only after his departure the portfolios will be allocated to the new Ministers.
He said allocation of portfolios and reshuffle of the ministry will be discussed with senior party leaders before taking a decision.

Bengaluru, Jan 6 (IANS): The 444-km Kochi-Mangaluru natural gas pipeline, which Prime Minister Narendra Modi commissioned on Tuesday, would benefit industrial, commercial entities and households in Karnataka s coastal districts of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi, Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa said. The pipeline will benefit hundreds of households, commercial establishments and industries in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts, as natural gas is economic, eco-friendly and a clean fuel for use, said Yediyurappa in a statement.
The Chief Minister participated in the virtual event earlier in the day through video-conferencing from his home-office.
