Civil Service Commission (Manila Bulletin File Photo) CSC Resolution No. 2100339 provides that government agencies/offices, through their respective Personnel/Administrative Division or Human Resource Management Office, are allowed to transmit all original copies of the SALNs until July 30, 2021. “Physical or electronic submission to the repository agencies is allowed for the 2020 SALNs, this according to CSC Resolution No. 2100339, circularized via Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2021, containing guidelines for the filing and submission of the SALN during exceptional circumstances,” the CSC said in a statement on Thursday. The Commission said for agencies that opt physical submission, the existing guidelines on the filing and submission of the SALN shall apply.
