Fitch Ratings has revised the Outlook for Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP B.V.), a material subsidiary of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited to Stable from Negative and has affirmed its Long Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at BB . Fitch Ratings has also affirmed SMRP B.V. s senior secured notes at BB+ .
