As part of the development of the study on hate speech in Morocco, the Council of Europe is organizing, in collaboration with the Mediterranean Youth Forum, three discussion workshops with target groups, namely young professionals from Moroccan media, Moroccan students and sub-Saharan students, respectively on Saturday 13, Wednesday 17 and Thursday 18 March 2021 in Rabat.
These discussion workshops will allow the experts to finalize the study in question by taking into account the recommendations that will emerge from these various discussion workshops. The study will be available in April and will serve as a reference and basis both at national and regional level (Maghreb and southern Mediterranean region) to develop new activities to comb
