If you get rid of “it,” there’s someone or some others who want it and who can use it. Not only that, if you throw “it” away, could be the one who receives it can do more with it than whatever you did with it when you had “it.” So, be careful of what you get rid of. It may presently seem of little or no value to you now, but that doesn’t mean “it” won’t be of greater value over a period of time. For example, fashions change, but if you wait long enough, the same clothing you have had for many years will come back around. Have you noticed lately (I bet you have, but I’m sort of slow to know some of the latest happenings; my attention is drawn to other areas) however, have you noticed the ladies tops have gotten shorter and more “butt” is showing? Oh’my. Well, not only that some women have flat behinds, but some are adding pads to make like they have “bigger butts” too! Oh’my. What’s going on? S

Covenants, Deeds and Restrictions
This subject of land restrictions is of special interest to me. My husband, Clark Parker, Sr., tells a fascinating account of our own property ownership. We can therefore easily relate to covenants, deeds and restrictions research project, especially since he is an accomplished real estate expert and builder of multimillion homes, condominiums, schools and other real estate structures.
