Police ID man killed in Bordeaux shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) â Metro Nashville police have identified a man who was shot and killed Tuesday night in Bordeaux.
Officers responded to the 3200 block of Lagrange Drive at 11:20 p.m. They said the victim, identified as 28-year-old Devin Rodgers Jr., was shot outside and ran for help.
He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died a short time later.
Police said they recovered two small bags of white powder were recovered from the scene.
Anyone with information about Rodgers and who may have been with him on Tuesday evening was asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.

BATON ROUGE - On Wednesday (Jan. 20) night, a shooting in Baton Rouge s Coursey Boulevard / Sherwood Forest Boulevard area resulted in one person s death.
A representative of the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff s Office says the fatal shots were fired late Wednesday night within the 4500 block of Sherwood Common Boulevard when a man and woman met up with a third individual, and as this third person reportedly got into the car with the couple, the person allegedly shot and killed the man.
