Cynthia Ferguson was identified as the victim by Dodge County Sheriff Scott Rose. Ferguson s cause of death was unknown as of Thursday evening. In addition to the death, five people were taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys Campus in Rochester, with at least one person in critical condition, Rose said.
