Deputy Ring accuses NPHET of making up the rules as it goes along Published: Tuesday, 06 April 2021 12:38
NPHET are making up the rules as it goes along and it’s not acceptable, that’s the view of Mayo Fine Gael deputy Michael Ring. He is calling for NPHET meetings to be made open to the public, insisting that other voices in addition to NPHET need to be heard as the country now tries to re-open from the severe Covid Restrictions.
As the teaching Unions meet in national conference this week, the Mayo deputy strongly believes that any commitments given by government to teachers in terms of vaccination prioritisation now needs to be honoured.
