The Burnsville Police Department announced Friday that the crash that killed two 22-year-olds on Easter Sunday was caused by two vehicles racing. Subscribe Two vehicles were racing eastbound on County Road 42, the department said. A vehicle was hit by one of the racing vehicles after it had turned to go south on Newton Avenue, officials said.
