HO CHI MINH CITY (Vietnam News/ANN): Vietnam and India have multiple collaboration opportunities in the pharmaceutical goods and medical equipment industries, experts have said.
Võ Tân Thành, director of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry in HCM City (VCCI), noted in an online conference held last week that India is Vietnam S third largest supplier of pharmaceutical products, with export turnover of US$198 million in the first nine months of 2020.
Vietnam s demand for these products is constantly rising, with per capita spending around $64 per year for pharmaceutical goods.

India is now Vietnam’s third largest pharmaceutical supplier, after France and Germany, with imports into Vietnam reaching US$198 million in the first three quarters of this year, Director of VCCI-HCM Vo Tan Thanh told the webinar on opportunities for cooperation and investment in pharmaceuticals in Vietnam.
