Ajmer (Rajasthan) [India], June 2 (ANI): Two persons have been arrested in Ajmer by the Rajasthan Police and tablets, capsules and injections worth Rs 5.53 crores have been allegedly seized from their possession.
On Friday, 14 May 2021 Hawks members from the Durban Serious Organised Crime Investigation working together with Crime Intelligence, National Intervention Unit, Public Order Police, and Durban Metro K9 Unit arrested a 32-year-old suspect for dealing and possession of drugs in Phoenix.
Members received information about drug dealing activities that were happening at Warehan Place in Phoenix. An undercover operation was conducted and police proceeded to the said premises. Upon searching the house, 5034 heroin capsules to the street value of approximately R45 000-00 were found.
The suspect was immediately placed under arrest and charged accordingly. He is expected to appear in the Verulam Magistrates’ Court today.

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], April 22 (ANI): The Anti Narcotic Cell, Kandivali Unit on Wednesday arrested a wanted drug peddler in Mumbai and seized narcotics, worth over Rs 75 lakh from his possession.
As per a statement, the arrest was made while police officers, under the instruction of senior officers, were patrolling at the Rajendra Vihar International School, in the city s Evershine Nagar, regarding searches of drug peddlers for legal action.
The total seizures from the accused - Monish Ashok Khamesera (27), include 173 LSD paper Dots Total with Rs 73 lakh, MDMA tablets weighing 37.5 grams worth Rs 5 lakh, and a vehicle worth Rs 15 lakh.

NAGPUR: Shivshankar Isampalli, 27, a dance teacher-turned-drug peddler from Hyderabad, was arrested near Panjari on Wardha road shortly after Saturday midnight for allegedly possessing more than 91kg marijuana, worth around Rs 14 lakh, in his car. He was heading to Delhi to deliver the narcotic consignment when intercepted.
Spotting cops, Isampalli tried to flee, but was nabbed by naik constable Manoj Shahu of Beltarodi police station after a chase.
Isampalli, a resident of Kukatpally, Hyderabad, was earning a monthly salary of Rs30,000 as a dance teacher at a reputed school in the city. It’s learnt that the art and students were central to the dance teacher’s life, until the lockdown left him bereft of his job.
