PUTRAJAYA: The Perikatan Nasional (PN) government will continue taking appropriate measures to achieve a balance between protecting the lives and livelihoods of the people affected by Covid-19, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin ( pix) said. In a statement, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Economy) Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said the roadmap was approved during the council’s second meeting today which was chaired by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

MDEC appoints new chief strategy officer Details 21 April 2021 Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has appointed Fadzli Abdul Wahit as its new chief strategy officer. Fadzli (pictured) will be tasked to sharpen MDEC’s corporate strategy in line with the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MyDIGITAL) and rapidly evolving global digital economy Cyberjaya. In his new role, he will be reporting to CEO Surina Shukri. Fadzli will lead strategic planning for the lead agency driving the digital economy as well as transformation and change management across MDEC. He will also work closely with MDEC Operating Council, members of the leadership team, and its board of directors to define the organisation’s corporate strategy to deliver on its mission to enable an innovative, inclusive and technologically-integrated society in line with Malaysia 5.0.
