Kuala Lumpur: Employees will need to reskill or upskill themselves to stay relevant and competitive in the post-pandemic world, in the face of an increasingly uncertain job market, according to a survey by the United Overseas Bank (UOB).
In a statement Monday, UOB Malaysia said the widespread view comes amid expectations that it would be tough to secure a new job due to the economic recession.
“Based on the recent UOB Asean Consumer Sentiment Study, 90 per cent or nine out of 10 Malaysian employees see the need to reskill or to upskill.
