Cannabis Act (Canada), announces a change to the location of its 2020 annual general and special meeting of the shareholders (the
Meeting ) to be held at 10:00am Calgary Time on December 22, 2020. Due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions on indoor gatherings in Alberta, the original venue has cancelled all bookings. The new location for the Meeting will be at the offices of McLeod Law, 500, 707 - 5 Street SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0Y3. There is no change in the date or time of the Meeting.
