The warm weekend weather drew a lot of people to the outdoors, and it was a busy weekend for Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office Search & Rescue team.
Rescue crews responded to several people who needed help.
One man died at the top of Angel s Rest after having a heart attack. Another man became lost and tired hiking near Wahkeena Falls. Three people got lost on east Larch Mountain Road after taking the wrong trail on a hike.
Officials say people need to be prepared for anything.
