Bulacan PDRRMC closely monitoring 3 Bulacan dams

In an interview, PDRRMO emergency operations center manager Shallom Balolong said portions in some 40 barangays in the province were flooded ranging from half to four feet deep flood water level. Balolong said the flooding in portions of the 18 barangays in Dagupan City was due to high tide. Flooding was also reported in portions of two barangays in Sta.
