Sex assault/abuse cases filed against Caseyville men Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail EDWARDSVILLE Sex assault and abuse cases were filed Friday against two Caseyville men in separate incidents by the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office. Lorenzo Ramirez-Arizmendi, 40, of Caseyville, was charged July 2 with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, both Class X felonies; and two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, both Class 2 felonies. The case was presented by the Fairmont City Police Department. In a separate case, Antonio Diego-Sanchez, 39, of Caseyville, was charged with criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony; three counts of criminal sexual assault, all Class 2 felonies; and four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, all Class 2 felonies.
