Making a Payment
While specific payment due dates will be provided each semester by the Student Financial Services Office, in general, each semester s charges are to be paid in full on or before the 1
st day of that semester. Any charges posted to the student account after the first day of the semester are due within 30 days of that charge.
Account statements may be viewed online on the BCYou! Portal (you will need a student username and password). Statements are also sent out in hard copy format monthly (around the 10th). You can expect to receive your statements 2-4 months prior to the first day of classes for that semester, depending on your registration date. Payments may be made by credit card, money transfer, check, or cash.

One WSU senior counted on a Pell Grant to cover a chunk of her tuition, like in previous years. However, when she looked over her financial aid package this semester, she still had a $4,000 bill to pay.
In a panic, Khadijah Butler filled out a special circumstance appeal online through the WSU Student Financial Services Office. It was rejected because her mother and father’s incomes were higher in 2020 than in 2019, even though they both have been unemployed for months.
“I always get emails about how the school is supporting us,” said Butler, WSU senior English pre-law major. “I just wish we had actual resources. It just feels like everything is so topical.”
