Both the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y continue to get more expensive with the most recent change happening only a couple of weeks ago. The price has been increased by about $500 each time but it adds up. The Model 3 cost $2,500 less in March. Tesla instituted these price changes without prior warning, so it s been in the customers best interest to make a purchase sooner rather than later. But why are these increases happening in the first place? Is it because of high demand? Or, just because Tesla is in the position to do so?
