POLICE seized a vehicle which reportedly failed to stop after a crash in Hindley. Officers also arrested the driver on suspicion of drug driving, alleging they had tested positive for Class A drug cocaine. The crash, from which the vehicle fled, took place on Market Street, Hindley Meanwhile, the vehicle was found a short time later on Liverpool Street, in Platt Bridge, Wigan after it had collided with a street sign. Damage to the vehicle Greater Manchester Police Traffic said: XQ11 patrols attended a fail to stop road traffic collision on Market Street, Hindley. Later patrols found the vehicle on Liverpool Street, Platt Bridge, Wigan, which collided with a street sign.
