Gov t continues to support boy mauled by dogs in St Ann last year

Mickele Allen during extensive treatment for his injuries at a hospital in New York, USA late last year. The Government is continuing to provide support to the family of Mickele Allen who was mauled by a pack of dogs in St D Acre, St Ann last year. The disclosure was made by Minister of State in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information, Robert Morgan, while speaking during a press briefing hosted by the Child Protection and Family Services Agency (CPFSA) on Wednesday. He shared that the support given to Mickele and his family included psychosocial assistance. We ve been also providing counselling for the family, and also assisted in the infrastructural development of where the child lives, he added.
