Arthritis Exercise Class
1 p.m. every Wednesday. This exercise class is geared towards pain management of arthritis to increase range of motion, joint flexibility, overall stamina and to help maintain muscle strength. This weekly class is led by Arthritis Foundation instructor, Carol Pallazolla, from the PACE Program at Element Care.

Largely freed from domestic travel restrictions, Americans have been flocking to national parks in record numbers this spring and summer. Several parks â including Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park â have already set monthly visitation records. Many sites are gearing up for their busiest years in history.

Credit earth.google.com According to the Park’s Facebook page, crews are working on the pipeline that pumps water to those and other trails, as well as to the rim of the Canyon. Officials are warning hikers not to rely on water stations, as they may not have adequate water pressure, and to pack more water than they need. The park’s aging water pipeline is subject to breaks and leaks.
