DepEd welcomes survey that indicated positive response to blended learning setup

DepEd noted that it shall continue to work with its partners and stakeholders to address the challenges of distance learning modalities. Conducted by PUBLiCUS Asia, Inc. on December 3 to 9, ~25% said that learners had a negative response. The major issues encountered by learners were weak internet connection, lack of focus and lack of interaction with teachers. “With face-to-face classes prohibited in the past months due to the health crisis, we have developed several alternative platforms for learning which are accessible and promote interaction among teachers and learners. These include our DepEd Commons, DepEd TV, and other locally-contextualized initiatives,” it said.
