(Facebook / MANILA BULLETINP) Rubiano said the city government will implement the unified curfew hour from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. as agreed upon by the Metro Manila Council (MMC). She said any gathering or assembly outside of residences as well as inside homes with persons outside of one’s immediate household is strictly prohibited in the city. The mayor also wants strict home quarantine to be observed in all households and the movements of all residents shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services and for work in permitted offices or establishments. Rubiano said the market day scheme in the city is still in effect for all 201 barangays and each resident must comply with the assigned schedule of their respective barangay.
