Two countries in south-east Asia – Singapore and Brunei – have been added to the Government s green list , meaning travellers arriving in the UK will be exempt from quarantine requirements. The rest of the region is reassuringly absent from the UK s red list of countries, which are subject to hotel quarantine restrictions – but does that mean the outlook for holidays is rosy? Unfortunately not, for the most part.
