He also directed for mobilizing field level workers including VLEs ASHA workers, VLWs etc to create mass awareness about the scheme. Furthermore VLEs were directed to station themselves at the ration depots on the fixed days of week to ensure that the left out beneficiaries are sensitised and enrolled in an effective manner. He also directed CSCs to set a per day target for each centre to ensure speedy registration and stressed to complete the process within one month.
