Whitmer announces plan to expand tuition-free college under Futures for Frontliners program By Will Kriss Jun 22, 2021 | 4:44 PM LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Governor Gretchen Whitmer is calling for an expansion of the Futures for Frontliners scholarship program to meet increased demand and popularity.
